Just tried turning the steering wheel while using the volume control like you suggested and still have no success. I'm at a loss as to what else it could possibly be.

tonight I took it out and replaced it with a brand new one. I put it all back together and the volume switch still doesn't work. :/ anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? Maybe bad wiring or a loose connection?

My volume control button and the call hang up button on my steering wheel in my 2013 Edge used to work intermittently and then a few weeks ago they completely stopped working. Tonight, I took it the old one out and replaced it with a brand new OEM switch cluster. I put it all back together and the volume button and call hang up button still don't work. But the SYNC voice command button and everything else in the switch cluster work. Anyone have any ideas as to what it could be? Maybe bad wiring or a loose connection? I'm at a loss for what it could be. When it was all pulled apart all the wiring appeared to be fully intact. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

I need to replace the radio controls on the right side of the steering wheel in my 2013 Ford Edge SEL. However, I have been unable to find any videos on how to remove the airbag and gain access to the moulding to be able to replace the controls. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Looking to install a hitch on my '13 Ford Edge SEL. I'm unsure of what type is a good type and what kind I should get. Not sure how much weight my vehicle is rated for, mainly would be using it to help people move and making runs to the dump. I would appreciate any advice you guys can give me! Thank you!

When I try to use voice commands and say "call John" it says "calling dot work" and calls the first contact in my contact list. Went on the ford site and it said to erase all emoticons from contact names, do a master reset and Then re-pair the phone. I have done all that 3 times and it's still doing the same thing. Anyone have any tips? I'm lost.

Recently purchased a 2013 Ford Edge SEL. The volume control button on the steering wheel works intermittently. However the other controls on that side work perfectly without and issues. Could it be a bad connection on the volume part? Priced a new one at $32 so worse come to worse I can buy another one. Didn't know if anyone else has had this issue or any possible fixes! Thanks!
