RJG
On my Honda, there is a "deal" for about 1/2 price. Just wondering about the Sirius for the Edge. Both vehicles run out about the same time. Looking to get both for about the price of one.
wlepse
I just got the offer in the mail for 1 yr at $86, with taxes it came to just over 100 bucks. When I asked about travel services the total came to ~$180. I decided to hold off for a better deal or just hope that with the rewrite of the MFT software I'll be able to use a hard drive again. carbonedge+
Let it expire and after a few weeks you'll have progressively lower rate offers. The last offer I got was $5/month but I've gotten so used to playing the iPod I couldn't see paying for the service.
YanksWinAgain
My "first six months" deal expired on Monday (while I was driving actually). Have had many calls / emails / letters up to this point and they are close to list price (2 months free is the best offer). I have been told to let it expire and then wait for them to call. Will report back what they offer.
MickeyCondon
I got $86 a year b/c I've had XM previously since 2004. If you got a deal before (like 1/2 price) and ask for them to match it "nicely," I haven't heard anyone get denied yet. I'm honestly not a fan of Sirius b/c it doesn't have Baseball. But as long as I'm not paying full price I can deal. And I'm a fan of not using a remote to my XpressRCi. I like the steering wheel controls.
