Love it so far..... not enjoying the occasional Sync hiccup but knew that going in. Hopefully software releases will keep getting better. Great forum, I'll try and stay active! Yeah, us "new owners" knew of the hiccups, and like you said, I;m certain that the new update will resolve our issues. My MKX is the 14th Ford product we have owned. Had a 1995 Explorer, sold it at 7 years old to friends for their daughter for college, she just got rid of it last year, and I think she had 235K on it, when she sold it for $1,400, and still running strong on original engine and trans, with no overhauls or rebuilds ! :happy feet: Keep them serviced as per maintenance chart, they will run for a Long Long time !
