Each time I make a call, the people I am calling complain about loud background noise and difficulty in hearing me. I sure would like to know if there is a fix for this. The diag. screen (set to am/fm, then press cd eject( no cd installed) and pressing and holding the right wheel button or right seek buttons TOGETHER for about 5-10 seconds. ) ......shows many other mic options even a mic 2. but they are all not utilized. I too have heard others state to me that the speakerphone quality is NOT up to snuff. Not sure if this a hot fix in the new upcoming release- cs reps tend to state many things. Time will tell.
