We have had a few minor hiccups with Sync, but nothing major. Congrats, we just turned 800 miles on our 2012 Edge. Very nice car. One lock up with Sync but that is it. The 4 cyclinder was not an option for us, we needed a towing package in case we get a boat. Have spent a number of hours reading the manuals, so much to learn with Sync and MyForedTouch.
