aminoacid
I had an OEM Ford factory unit installed on my 2008 ford edge and everything works but the SYNC. The mechanic insists that the SYNC is not commnuicating with the new unit and i heard it might need a switch of some sort to correct the issue but no one has been able to assist. Was wondering if anyone had any resolution for any similar circumstances? Would appreciate any help as SYNC troubleshooters advised theyve seen it done before but the only known solution they have is to replace the SYNC board which is over $1500 and not worth it Appreciate any help!
