sdlolli
Hopefully I'm asking in the right spot, if not someone please direct me to the right place. I have a 2012 Ford Edge SEL. I live in Italy and it is required to have snow chains in your car when driving to certain parts of the country (the mountain and hill areas). We do a lot of snowboarding so this will be mandatory for us. We were told by the Italians to get Konig snow chains and the size was 265. I read somewhere on here the debate on front or rear tires.... I didn't see a firm answer to that. Can someone point me to the right place as to what kind of chains (besides Konig) are needed and which end to put them on? Thanks and caio! JOEHIO
I don't know what brand to get, but if you have AWD, I would put them on the rear. If you have FWD, putting them on the rear would be useless, but I shudder to think what tire chains would be like on the front of the car.
