CARR142
I talked to a Sync representative Friday, and was recommended by him to wait for the 2012 upgrade. He also said that Sync was going to compensate users of defective Sync systems. The amount of compensation will depend on time without services and the efforts taken to resolve their issues. Hopefully waiting for the upgrade, JEC
JOEHIO
Yes, lets see what the upgrade brings. Have my '12 MKX 2 weeks, just a little slow at times. Otherwise, loving the car (CUV). The only problem is that my wife likes it too, maybe I'll be driving her MKS.............Doesn't matter to me !

CARR142
Define "Defective" When I touch Information tab; or from the SYNC home window, and I touch the sync services, or, sync apps. I get a blank screen. If I dial the 800-304 6099, I can get all the services except for traffic and directions. service preformed by: Holman ford Lincoln, Maple Shade,NJ apmi reprogramming = unsuccessful Replace apim and program Did not solve the problem.
