I have a 2012 Ford Edge Limited and only had it a week..Liking it very much..One quick question..When the phone rings I see on the 8 in screen to accept or reject..How do I say a command or use 1 of the buttons on the steering wheel to answer the call..Any help would be appreciated..Thanks

Yup. But with that said, I highly recommend spending some quality time with your owner's manual - you're going to need it big time with the myriad of features on this car.

Yea have been reading the manual...Seems a few times when i pressed the phone on the steering wheel it did not answer but all seems fine now

I find that the button on the steering wheel is unreliable. It does not act as quickly as I would expect so I usually press the button on the MFT screen.

I hope this is another 'feature' that gets fixed.

When the screen says accept/reject, the accept option is already highlighted so I press "OK" on the right side steering wheel.

I never use the phone button on the steering wheel.
