You should be able to see the following info, Also please go into the account setting and make sure your cell phone number is correct. Also make sure that the phone number listed is marked as active. I can conduct diagnostic test and report successfully. What version of MFT do you have? This was a problem on the first version of the software I had. If you connected to services, it played a commercial instead of what it was supposed to...I don't know the exact version the the software I started with but I know it was fixed post 2.4 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
