I don't think so or at least I haven't found a way. But if going through your presets is enough you can use the seek button as well as going through the screen on the right of the dash.

Exactly. Can you still set up to 3 sets of 6 presets for Sirius? That's what I have on my 08 w/Nav.

For the AM/FM stations:

- Pressing and letting out quickly, takes you to the next preset station

- Pressing and holding for a second, and then letting up, makes it scan up or down, depending on what you pressed

I don't have Sirius, not sure if the same is true.

This 'kind of' works.

I say that because it seems to jump around randomly sometimes. It's a weird behavior that I cannot figure out. Will need to play around more to figure out the nuances.

Just got my new Edge last Sunday. It is awesome. Also thought of this exact same question - if there is the ability to simply do channel up/down from the steering wheel? I'll try the "hold for a longer duration" approach and see how that works for me. Definitely interested to hear if any other ways to do this are discovered...

Did this work for you? I've been looking for a way to browse channels also but haven't tried this out yet.
