Rear License Plate Rubber "Pin" or "Plug"

Not even sure what to call this thing, but there is a rubber pin/plug that fits into the bottom two holes of the rear license plate (so there would be two of them). It actually plugs into the rear lift gate (there's a hole in the liftgate). It prevents the plate from rubbing up against the liftgate.

When I went to put my permanent plates on, I noticed one was missing (couldn't be bothered to wait at the dealer for them to find someone to do it). I would guess it is either inside the liftgate (got pushed in) or fell off when the dealer put on their advertising plates.

I wanted to call the dealer and see if they would mail them to me (pain to get there for me). What are these things called?

Thanks...

Just buy 2 more screws - keeps it from flapping too.
