woodie11 Posted October 7, 2011 Report Share Posted October 7, 2011 (edited) Just a quick question for anyone who has ever called the Customer Care/Customer Service number in Canada, where is the call centre located (offshore?) Every time we call them, they have to reboot their comp, or their system is really slow today....they can't tell you any info on vehicle status, they go over every contact detail which they already have in their system when it gets up and running. You're on the phone 10 mins min for nothing. On the other hand, heard today from our salesman (who really tries hard to get us info).
