Looks like you can just pop it off from the outside though.
jamers1
Why would you want to remove the Emblem? The only emblem removal I can endorse is removing the Taurus emblem and replacing it with Five Hundred. :yup:

Are you fairly certain that it just pops off? i dont want to just start prying at it, an break it. i know my buddies focus just popped off but im kinda hessitant. i have a new billet allumium logo to replace it. but i dont want to take off the whole interior pannel if i dont have to. thanks again for your imput! AK-Kayaker
Almost all modern badges are held on with double sided adhesive foam tape. The trick to getting them off, is to use fishing line or dental floss, to cut through the foam. Then remove any excess foam, and then use an adhesive remover like Goo-Gone to get rid of the adhesive residue. The only unknown factor here is if Ford decided to use alignment holes behind the emblem, but if you are putting on a new emblem that should not be a problem. I spoke with a few friends of mine and they all echoed what AK said here. None of them thought you would have to take a panel off.
