hunter306
Lots of threads about replacing the audio systems in the Edge, just search the Audio, Navigation & Sync section. In fact, I have created a thread of my process on the 2010 edge. All-in-all it was pretty easy, most time consuming part was adding the Rear Cam, which still was pretty straight forward. Hi Hunter306, thanks for your help. I watched your explanation and it is clear for me but my problem is to find the item 6 on the das_exploed file to support the new radio system seeing that it don't fit on the current panel, take a look on the Readio edge file. Do you know where I can find this panel? Thanks again, Mhamsi dash_exploded2.pdf
rogersmj
That's the non-My Ford Touch center stack from the base SE. Do you have MFT in your SEL? Why would you want to downgrade it? There's plenty of ways to upgrade the sound system without ditching MFT.

There's plenty of ways to upgrade the sound system without ditching MFT. My main problem is that in my system I don't have bluetooth, DVD, GPS and my radio screen is close to 3.5" only. Thanks, MHamsi
baum
Sorry your SOL currently. It would be a complete custom job to modify the dash bezel. Some small custon audio shops may give it a try (spendy), but not a big box store. If there was a dash kit available you would be ok. but there is not.
