TJam3005
So here we are for the 9th time going to Winner Ford here in Dover Delaware trying to get our Ford Edge Sport to work as advertised. We have been on this forum before and the joke about it being possesed and use the lemon law are all fine and dandy, but Ford is not playing nicely. The last three times the bluetooth stopped working and going into privacy mode all on its own, the dealership said...oh you just need an update. Can you all let me know how many times you have been to the dealer to receive and "update"? I would like to compare to see if this normal for the Edge. From what I have seen on the Forum a few speradic issues, but none as persistant as ours.

From what I have seen on the Forum a few speradic issues, but none as persistant as ours. Five times. Despite the ongoing Sync problems, I am waiting for a new version that will fix everything. The dealer from which I purchased the Edge will no longer schedule a service visit for Sync updates or problems. I was told to just call in the morning to find out if they could work on it that day. After a week, I gave up. Clearly they are tired of dealing with the Sync problems as much as I am. They can buy back the car back today and I wouldn't hesitate. I wonder how many cars are affected?
