delldell
Does anyone know of a Lemon Lawyer in the St. Louis area or can share anything about Missouri's Lemon Law? Does anyone have any experience bringing up the topic of MFT with a Lemon lawyer?
mrdave
Here's a good start: http://www.bbb.org/us/auto-line/state-lemon-laws/ http://www.autopedia.com/html/HotLinks_Lemon.html Have you pursued this any further? I will be in the same situation if Ford doesn't decide to actually fix this very soon.

Does anyone have any experience bringing up the topic of MFT with a Lemon lawyer? Good luck in Missouri claiming the Lemon Law. Missouri has one of the worst Lemon Laws in the country, and covers only safety issues that inhibit the safe operation of the vehicle for the most part (ie. engine, transmission, brakes, etc). I don't think My Ford Touch is going to qualify as a safety defect. I also live in Missouri and had this problem with my last vehicle. It should have been returned under the Lemon Law, but none of my problems (one of which I took to the dealer about 7 different times to be fixed and was never fixed nor did they know how) related to the safe operation of the vehicle. Good luck and let me know how it turns out!
