There are 4 separate volume settings on your system since you have navigation. Whenever one of them has control of the output you should adjust the volume right at that moment. For me, my navigation was initially way too loud, and my phone calls were way too quiet. Just gotta be quick to adjust as the navigation voice usually doesn't have really lengthy things to say.. :-) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
immgar Posted May 25, 2011 Author Report Share Posted May 25, 2011 Thanks y'all. As soon as I hit "send", I figured it out but to late to retract my posting. The volume control knob in the the Sony's center console can be used to adjust the sound level. What was throwing me off was that I read about a download with what seemed a complicated install instructions as to how to return the unit to factory default. Thanks again for the prompt responses.
