Ryan Breitkreutz
I have had my 2011 Edge Limited for 3 days and cannot get any video to play. AV input and USB will not show the video while in park. I can hear the audio, but get the following message half the time; "Video will resume when returned to PARK". Am i doing anything wrong or do i need to see the dealer?
CardinalSpear
did you try engaging the parking brake?

thadfield
i did try the parking brake......still no luck. the dealer has no clue how to fix it. Did anyone solve this issue? I have the same thing happening on my 2011 Edge. It says the video will resume in park, but it won't even work if you START the video in Park (let alone try to resume it)
wlepse
I never tried the video since I can barely get MFT to work for other operations I need, but I'll try to dig up something that outputs analog video and see.
cal3thousand
I tried video through the RCAs a month back, and it would not work.
Scorpio
Have only tried it from my Ipod and vids work fine from there - no parking brake required.

Scorpio
I just call up vids from the Ipod playlist through MFT and select whichever one I want to play - takes a couple seconds for it to start, same as when changing selections...works fine. Are you saying your iPod is connected through USB and you are seeing video on your MFT screen? Only while parked or in motion? What type of files are these that are working? MP4? M4V? wlepse
I did verify ours works via composite input while in park.
