jamers1
I've watched the Sync Commercial on Youtube http://youtube.com/watch?v=jiUiJaIlLRg and it looks interesting. It clearly indicates compatibility with the Apple iPod. However, I wonder if it will be just as compatible with the Apple iPhone? I'm seriously considering the iPhone and the Sync system. I'm not yet sure what the price tag will be on the Sync system in the 2008 Edge but I think I'll pass regardless if it isn't fully compatible with the Apple iPhone. At first I said to myself "Hey, both the iPod and iPod are Apple products so if works with one why not the other?" Then I said to myself "Crap, Sync is powered by Microsoft and I know that they are always battling with Apple in some fashion". Case in point, the very popular and free iTunes software isn't Vista compatible. Well it might be by now but Apple wasn't in any rush to come out with an update to make it work on a Vista PC. I know this was a stab at Microsoft's Vista. Now let's say they probably already know about the Sync system and want to sabotage it as well be ensuring the iPhone won't work with that either. If I had to pick, I'd pick the iPhone. It has much more capability than the Sync system. Edited June 17, 2007 by jamers1
xplorgee
For the price of the iPhone, you can get a Sprint upstage or Moto Q, and an 80gb iPOD video. iPhone is a waste of $s IMO.
