themadtrader
I have a 2010 Ford Edge Limited front wheel drive. I bought it about 6 months ago and the front chrome grill has already had to be replaced due to the chrome grill fading and turning a grayish look. Now the read Ford emblem on the hatch has started to do it as well. I think this is absolutely ridiculous for a 6-8 month old car. Any of you have the same problems? Now the car is creaping up on 36K miles. I know whats going to happen - once that puppy hits 36K Ford is going to tell me to get lost. I am very disappointed in this problem. Something else that happened today for the first time is the traction control light was flashing for a few miles and stayed on steady when the brake was applied. I stopped and restarted the car and it stopped. Thoughts?

ThinLine
Make sure after washing your vehicle you apply a nice coat of wax on the "plastichrome". I have had no discoloration issues and I have 49,000 on my '08. At least it was replaced under warranty.......now the best thing you can do is take care of it.
