ThinLine
I have 50,000 miles on the stock 18" lattitudes and lost any and all confidence in this tire on wet roads. I am stuck between the goodyear assurance cs fuel max or the yokohama avid envigor. Anyone have any feedback about these two tires ?
JOEHIO
I put Goodyear assurance years ago on a Five Hundred my wife had, and was VERY HAPPY with the ride, handling etc. Don't know how they will last, got a new car about 6 month later. KLC
Regular Latitudes are better than the HPs. That's what I bought for a replacement. Love them!
Platinum White
I replaced the HP's on my 2009 with the Yokohama Avid Envigors. The Avid Envigors have about 6000 miles on them now. In that 6000 miles I have traveled in rain and snow and feel very comfortable with their performance. There was black ice, packed snow and slush across central Oregon, and various types of snow and freezing stuff with accumulation from Williams, AZ to Grants, NM. Through all of this I traveled at the speed limit for the most part without any problems. The tires are inflated to 37 PSI.
ThinLine
Now it's down to the yokohama avid envigor or the Toyo Versado CUV. Thanks for the reply ! I was also considering the Cooper discoverer CTS but I read some reviews and learned they have poor rolling resistance.
