New dvd headrest

Recommended Posts

I see the XO Vision model GXD7001 includes the DVD player - not just monitor. They are inexpensive. Anyone have this? Just wondering if the beige matches the Edge Camel leather.

Also - do they work pretty well?

I saw the Audiovox brand at circuit city and the beige is darker than my leather.

I 'thought' someone here had them installed.. try the search function.

either way, not a fan of these guys, but Walmart sells the XO model so you could always see them there

Member dilgen..here are pics of the dvd headrest i mounted in my egde to replace those annoying and neck breaking factory ford offerings. Member NYedge hooked me up with the info on these back in apr...and i got them...they are outstanding, and they were under $425 for the pair.post-650-1181685803_thumb.jpg

hey SALEENS7, I just picked up headrests for my edge that look identical to yours, just wondering where you sourced the power from for yours. Can you let me know? Would appreciate the help.

Thanks

Looks like this thread may have died off, just purchased a 2010 Ford Edge AWD in black leather and didn't go with the after market DVD headrets (dealer wanted $2300 CDN) and didn't want to wait for the Ford ones as I'd have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for the vehicle on custom order.

Saleens7/NYEdge, how have yours held up? Is it pretty simple for anyone to install? Wondering how the LCD screens compare to the Ford OEMs.

Thanks!
