johnzenobia
I have a 2008 MKX and just had a remote start installed. However when starting with the remote if the vehicle isn't unlocked first it wont start. I have taken it back to the guy and after keeping my vehicle for 5 days over two weekends and a heated argument I wont go back ( very poor customer service). I have some knowledge of the units so I am thinking he didn't hook up the alarm disarm wire. On bulldog's website the location is stated as AT CSM MODULE BEHIND TRIM NEAR RIGHT REAR SEAT. Can anyone give some advice on this weather or not you can get the wire under the dash or do I need to run a wire back to this module. Any input would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance.
