medic6062 Posted November 4, 2010 Report Share Posted November 4, 2010 I have a 2007 Edge SEL Plus. I would like to procure an in dash navigation unit specifically OEM. I have seen great offers on ebay for prices that are reasonable. I am however weary about compatibility from units taken out of other model vehicles. While they "look" exactly the same, I am aware they are not. Does anyone have any advice about where to find a compatibility list, rather than contacting the dealer everytime I see a unit I would like to bid on? You will want the black unit as the button backlighting is green like the rest of your car. Keep in mind, although the unit will be plug and play electrically and mechanically, it will need to be programmed to the specifics of your vehicle. If you have a system in mind, send me the link and I will let you know if it will work for you. I can perform the vehicle specific programming as well. Send me a PM if you are interested.
