Answering the phone - not!

Sometimes I can answer my cellphone using SYNC, and other times it just keeps ringing. I know the phone is synched up with my car because the incoming call rings through the car's speakers. But, about half the time when I press the button on the steering wheel to answer the phone, it doesn't work. Eventually, the call goers to voice mail because I didn't answer.

 

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix, or am I doing something wrong? If so, what???

I don't get many calls but when I have, I've resulted to hitting the answer/ignore button on the screen because the steering wheel button didn't seem to do anything. The same way with hanging up

Evidently the processor for sync is a leftover Pentium ll.

I find that if I hold the button down she will eventually wake up and answer/hangup.

Ha! Pentium II. that's a good one.

 

The manual says to hit once to answer and hold down to ignore.
