Here are my screen shots: EDIT: Was everything reset (phones, contacts etc) after your update? When my dealership tried & failed to install the update last month, I had 4 (AJ) entries in the history. I think you better contact your dealership. I had to re-pair my iPhone, set the clock to use GPS, and set my backup camera options. I think that was it. Sirius & AM/FM were retained. d_source Posted January 7, 2011 Report Share Posted January 7, 2011 I did the USB checker again last night and got the same results. So i guess that means they didnt do the proper update. :S tsk tsk. d_source Posted January 13, 2011 Report Share Posted January 13, 2011 Service manager confrimed on the phoen yesterday that the update i wanted was NOT done. When i brought it in, supposedly Ford pulled back the update for some reason so they couldnt do it. Whatever. Next time he says he'll make sure to get it in. d_source Posted March 11, 2011 Report Share Posted March 11, 2011 Had the car in service for about 8hrs today. Came home anc used the checker on suncmyride to check my status. All items in my history say Gen 2 1.8 now. WTF! Nite light is still there and isnt the most recent version 2.4? Why aren't they installing the right file? I am SO annoyed with this.
