katiesdady Posted August 11, 2010 Report Share Posted August 11, 2010 I have an 08 MKX. When you go to adjust the side mirrors (either one) it moves a little and stops. If you take your hand off the joystick and move it again it will move again but only a little. To adjust the mirror you have to play with the stick. The dealer replaced the switch but it still does the same thing. When i went to pick the vehicle up we went over the repairs and I showed him how it still does the same thing. We checked another MKX and it doesn't do it. The other one worked correctly. He said they will repair it the next time I bring it in. Any ideas? The dealer may be clueless.
