Phober
I signed up, because I saw someone with an a/c concern, and thought I could offer some advice for him. I work at a Ford dealership in Canada and hope I can be of help to others as well.

L1TECH
Just curious, are you a tech at a dealership. I see your in AZ, can I ask which dealership you work at. You could not pay me to work at a dealership. I prefer to communicate with my customers and do not like the politics of the dealership environment. Phober
So what is it that you do at the dealer adn how long have you been doing it. I've been in the parts department for the past 7 years. why do the edges have so many repeat issues?? Foglight casing - replaced twice Scuffs (front) replaced twice window regulator - replaced twice USB jack - replaced once Vista roof - serviced once nav system replaced reciever replaced - twice are all the edges built after happy hour on a friday? Sounds like you got a lemon! I've NEVER seen an Edge with even close to as many problems as yours. I've seen the foglight casings turn to crap - but IMO, you can expect any plastic chrome piece on the front of any vehicle to wear out over time, due to stone chips etc. All your other concerns seem to be things that aren't terribly common on the Edge - that I've seen, anyway. akirby
Phober ~ do you have any x-plan pins to share? My new edge gets here in a month! Phober works at a dealer. Dealership employees are not Ford employees - they don't have X plan pins to give away. Not legally at least.

I was finally successful at getting a pin through the proper forum.

In Ontario, everyone has been getting employee pricing since the 1st of August but we probably still pay more :-(
