feelin edgy
I have to agree with Waldo. The racing set up of RWD cars has nothing to do with safety and the elimination of understeer. You are really barking up the wrong tree here wwest.
EdgeNut
Well gang, this has been some fun reading, and I wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving. As for us, we're heading up to the mountains in our awesome 2007 AWD Edge, which has had absolutely zero problems, driveline or otherwise. The forecast looks good this year, but we'll certainly be laughing at the memories from last year, when we drove through the big Summit County blizzard. Pretty funny watching all those 2WD cars and crossovers that couldn't climb a straight grade, and were slipping sideways into the shoulder!! Cheers! :beerchug: Edited November 25, 2009 by EdgeNut
feelin edgy
We will be loading up the edge tomorrow morning for the trip to Grandma's house. They are calling for snow and ice. The AWD system will make it seem like dry pavement.
akirby
Notice that wwest drives one of those Fwd/Awd deathtraps that he thinks are coffins on wheels? And uses summer tires in winter. Ignore...ignore...ignore....
