Tom Champagne
IMy wife has an 07 SEL Edge and I have a black area on the console lid where you would rest your arm while driving.st I thought it was maybe dye transfer from her leather coat from the winter, but I've tried everything I have(diluted simple green,Meguiars APC,Lexol vinyl cleaner)and nothing seems to take this stain out. I think the lid is molded in black and painted to match the inerior(she has medium stone). Any help in removing this stain(if it's possible) is greatly appreciated. igcitng
There are some threads on here about getting leather and denim dyes out of the light colored seats, not sure if anyone found something that works.
