weasel
Like a few here I got it installed at the dealer and now regret it slightly. Is there a way of getting a different remote that would use the factory autostart ?? It would be nice to be able to start the thing IN the house. I have been searching both here and on Google and can't seem to find anything. Edited January 29, 2010 by weasel
baum
Whats the return policy on it? They may return it, but keep the installation money. Aftermarket is the only way to go. The unit i have has up to 1mile range (give or take depending on where you are, and the type of structure you are in). I was about 4-5 blocks away and the truck was parked on the 6 floor of a enclosed ramp and i got confirmation. Its a 2-way unit.

Dunno why and it works with all remote start devices. I thought it was crazy when my friend told me about it. It works for me, it might work for you too. Try it out and report findings.
