akirby Posted January 14, 2010 Report Share Posted January 14, 2010 Raise the headlights first - they're way too low from the factory. Use a medium phillips head screwdriver in what looks like a white plastic hex hole on top of each light. You can also try Sylvania Silverstars or other replacements. I put in the HIDs in my MKX. They were $100 on the net. Easy plug and play install. Super bright. I got the 4300k. When you go higher you get blue and less light. But its just a persona preference.
