where is my wheel lock socket?

Hello I just bought a 2010 Ford Edge Se with the base 17" wheels, which has the wheel lock lugnut. and I can't find the special socket for it. Is there a special location where its hidden? Because it was not anywhere in the glove box or center console. I already checked the spare and the jack tools, can't find it. I just got the car two days ago.

I don't recall seeing wheel locks standard on any series. Could this be something the dealer added - perhaps as a theft deterent while the vehicle was on the lot? Call your sales person and ask where the lugnut socket is. We usually attached the socket to the tire tool when we installed the accessory kits.

this was not standard, must have been added by dealer. give them a call and if they lost, a good tire place CAN, sadly but true, remove them

They may have lost it. Mine only came with one car key, so I would not be surprised if they lost one of those. Did you check where the spare is?

just bought a 2010 sel and i had a package in the consol

it had the key and 4 regular lug nuts in the package.

I just had it serviced and had the regular nuts installed .

just in case the key gets lost .it can be a real pain in the ass

if you can,t find the key .
