I have also, recently, started to notice that the finish on mine is degrading. I plan to address next time I go in for service and within warranty time. igcitng Posted September 9, 2009 Report Share Posted September 9, 2009 Mine are dull and seem to have a dark film on them. Guessing that polishing and waxing them would make it better, but they do take a beating every day. I remember a thread with this topic, someone was going to put in black ones. Not sure if that would look good or bad with the chrome grille? Guessing it would blend in with the greyish plastic parts down there?
