1004ron
We have had these mats in my wife's BMW X5 for one year and like them very much - a week ago while cleaning my Edge Sport I noticed that the drivers mat had worn through where my heel rests and allowed snow and water to wet the carpet. My Sport came with rubber mats which were OK, but nowhere near as nice as the ones that were delivered today. They fit way better than the Ford ones, look far better and are much easier to clean. https://3dmatsusa.com/collections/custom-fit-car-floor-liners/products/kagu-floor-liner?model=MjAxN0BGT1JEQEVER0U= SKU L1FR09301509 Coupon Code for $10 off - GJEEBS3D10
kruzr1
I noticed these liners use a different method on the bottom to hold them in place. Compared to the nibs used by other brands which leave marks in the carpet, that can be minimized with some vacuuming. Might order a front set, currently have Huskies in the front and back. 1004ron
As with the OEM mats, only the drivers mat has stubs holding them in place - the 3D mats engage in the same posts in the floor but have a cover on the topside which looks neater than the original mat. All the 3D mats have a material on the underside that grips the floor carpet reducing the chance of them sliding around.
STBEAST
It's nice that they will let you order the front set or rear instead of the whole set only. My back seats hardly ever get sat in so the Ford OEM mats will probably last the life of the car. But the fronts will need to be replaced eventually. Those look a lot nicer that the Weathertech too! Thanks for the pics.
1004ron
The below photo shows the two devices that engage the locating posts in the floor on the drivers side - I think the photos on the website show an open connecting device similar to the original mats, however the ones I received are covered.
