2022 SEL Rear View Mirror Pinout

Recommended Posts

Trying to add a radar detector to my rear view mirror, and want to confirm power and ground wires to tap.  If anyone can identify which color does what, that would be appreciated.  Surprisingly I cannot seem to find anything online with the same wire colors.  Thanks in advance.

The photo is the connector that is behind the plastic housing.  I am connecting this wire tap to power up my radar detector.  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082V1245P?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1

I just want to make sure that I put the black wire to the ground, and the red wire to the switched hot.  I thought the white was the switched hot, but I'm not 100% which is the ground.  I'm reading that it might either be the black/white wire, or the brown.

The necessary diagrams are attached above as PDF files.

Thanks.  But from what I can tell, sometime after 2019 they started using a different connector and wiring.  I've been able to find similar schematics, like the ones that you posted, however, I can't seem to find anything after 2019, and absolutely nothing from 2022.  If you look at the block in my original post, it looks nothing like the block C9224.  That's where I'm struggling.  The wire configuration is different, so it's possible the controls that each color represents are also different.

I appreciate the help, but if you can find anything in a later model year, I'd love to see that.

Thanks again.
