Wubster100
@Haz Can you post the connector pin out of the front controls for the 2021-2024 Edge? It is the one that connects to the airbag light indicator, camera button, hazard lights button, max defrost button, volume and tune knob, etc. Also curious to see what module these buttons are connected to. johnmarkp
Did you have to do anything in Forscan, or did this work just by plugging it in?
Wubster100
Yes, you will need to use FORScan. There will be a change in the BCM to disable the rear camera LIN circuit, because the front and rear camera LIN circuit will connect to the IPMB instead. And some changes in the APIM. Wubster100
Ok, so I tried to remove the rear camera today. I removed the 2 inner tail lights / reverse lamps. I also removed 6 bolts on the center trim piece, but I just can’t seem to get the center trim piece to come off.
Wubster100
Thanks to @Beefnuts video, I was able to install a new rear camera. The solution was to pull extremely hard because of all the plastic clips.

Maybe also study the possibility of enabling the rear camera to view 180 degrees like the front camera? The rear 180 degree camera is so useful because you can see way more. The view is amazing! 🤩
