Fire717 Posted December 28, 2024 Report Share Posted December 28, 2024 2016 Edge radio was working fine. Then it went intermittent with static. Now there is no sound at all. Volume dial works and tuner, but no sound from radio when in tuning mode, car play, navigation or anything. All other screen functions work. We have checked all fuses. enigma-2 Posted January 5 Report Share Posted January 5 Try a radio reset and a sync reset. (Pull fuses, leave out for several minutes, then replace.) Bad connector connections can also cause problems. Possibly the vehicle battery is getting weak, could run test on amout of amp-hours remaining. (Voltage test doesn't work on modern cars.)
