AlexA
My 2013 sport has had an idle issue since purchased (used) dealership related it to the cats which were replaced. The issue seemed to be a bit better and i figured after a few miles it would clear up, now 2 years later i have still not determined the issue. Both cats, throttle body, injectors, spark plugs and idle control valve have all been replaced with no change in idle. Vehicle only has the issue when in drive and stopped like at a red light. It’s more of a vibration/idle issue when the transmission is in gear. Could it be a trans issue? Am i looking in the wrong direction??? garycrist
Have you raised the idle while stopped with your foot on the brake too? If V8, welcome to the world of unbalanced engines as they are configured as 2, 3 cylinder engines with a common crank. AS a side note, my 08 (215K miles) does the same at idle in gear, until I press the gas pedal just a bit.
