TehNam
Am I missing something? I set the clock to 12hr format and it displays correctly but the next time I drive, it's back to 24hr. Go back to settings and 12hr is selected but still displaying 24. Toggle it to 24 and back to 12 and 12 displays until the next drive. I read on another forum that a factory reset would correct it, but after the reset it behaves the same. I do not discount the possibility that it's a loose nut behind the wheel. 😉 Any help or insight is appreciated! 2022 titanium, sync
enigma-2
This became a problem about a year ago due to an Easter Egg accidentally added by Ford during one of their updates. It was eventually fixed with a follow-up update. Did you have an update recently? With that problem, users were setting their clocks to 24 hr display and it automatically switched to the 12 hr. Ford was monitoring those forums and churned in to offer assistance. Don't think that Ford is no longer monitoring this forum, so you need to report this to get them to work on a fix. Kathy
I just bought a 2024 Ford Edge Titanium in July. It is doing the same thing and is constantly going back to military time (24 hr). Can the dealership fix it?
