Water Pump & Secondary Timing Chain Fail - interference engine?

We had a secondary timing chain and water pump fail 2 weeks ago, I've finally open up the timing chain cover yesterday and found out about this. A lot of the coolant was dumped into the oil in the process. My question, is there any chance the valve and piston is still good? I don't know if these are interference or non interference engines. I'm thinking about just replacing the timing chains and water pump but I'm worried about doing this and the engine is gone already.

Update: water pump, oil pump, all timing chains, VVT solenoids, new spark plugs, and coils all changed. Engine is now running like its brand new, I'm honestly surprised.

why did u changed VVT solenoids? Where u got them from? Did u check the top around connectors on them if they are oiled since then?
