txaggie
Well I traded in the 19 ST for a 24 Explorer ST, so it is time to say goodbye! I certainly enjoyed my time with the Edge and my time here on the forums. Thank you everyone for your help and contributions here. Good luck with the Edge, I'll certainly miss it!

txaggie
For me, it really isn't that unusual, I had a 2013 Ford Explorer that I had for 7years/150k miles that I traded in for my Edge. The biggest thing is the size inside the cabin. Big difference in the width inside, and outside that will take getting used to again. As far as amenities, pretty much the same as the Edge, B&O stereo. It does drive around corners differently as by design, it is a rear drive suv primarily with front drive as well, basically the opposite of the Edge. Now the engine and transmission are better, and 400HP is definitely nice! I haven't really gotten on it yet, but looking forward to pushing it as I get some miles on it. The brakes seem very good, like the Edge brakes. It doesn't have the hands-free lift gate, which I thought was a gimmick when it came on the Edge, but I used it a LOT more than I thought I would. I know I will miss that for sure! 1
Vols44
Given the fact that MY24 will be last one for the Edge, I've listened and read about the option for a 25' Explorer Active with the Active Comfort package and it's close to a 24' Edge SEL. The Titanium has the really nice extra standard and stand alone options.
14AWD3.5
Hope you enjoy the ST. I looked at a 24’ Explorer Limited but went with the Buick crossover instead. Either way, the Edge was a good vehicle.
