This part keeps breaking

Welcome to the Forum, @Jaden!

The Edge Workshop Manual shows the Liftgate Molding Panel [red-circled #2] is retained by six nuts [red-circled #1] spaced across its width, at the midpoint of the Panel's height, near the angled break line, which in this case is also a literal description of the panel's condition...

Your short video shows a surprising amount of flex in the fractured segment and, perhaps it's simply the lighting or camera angle of your photo, seeming-to-show a tight post-fracture position [black arrows] to the liftgate sheet metal...

Presuming your used replacement panels were not initially faulty, and if both replacement panels fractured in this same location and manner, I'd suspect the molding's left-end side flange above the angled break line is likely too tight to the bottom radius or sidewall of the liftgate sheet metal recess into which the molding panel fits -- creating stress on the panel's upper left corner that ultimately imposed the very significant fracture.

Regardless of whether you repair and refinish the current Liftgate Molding Panel to match your Edge's paint, or if you get another used-panel replacement, try sliding paper or a metal feeler gage through the flange surfaces of that corner as you tighten the retaining nut on that end.

Ideally, there should be some resistance to movement of the paper or feeler gage -- to avoid a rattle, but not absolute-tightness. which may precipitate another stress crack.

You should be able to hand-file or grind away any excess length -- or width -- of the panel's side flange, until you achieve a satisfying fit.

Good luck!
