DannyG
I have a 2011 Ford Edge that’s overheating. I think I’ve found the issue. We took off the fan & tested them. They both work. It’s the module that didn’t work. My step dad tested both sides of the module and only one side worked. My question is should I buy the entire fan or just the module. The module was a little cheaper. edjunior
Well, that's really up to you. If the fans are good, there is really no need to change them. On the other hand, consider that they are 13 years old, and it might be good to replace them, especially if they are not that much more. That way you you know it's good to go. Good luck, and welcome to the forum!
Pat cochran
2011 ford edge the fans work with direct battery power and plug has 12.33 volts but plugged in no fans work at all. Does a sensor overide the 12.33 volts when plugged in making it react differently than direct power?
