Kyle7283
I have a 19 Edge Sel and am currently having issues with Bluetooth audio. When I get in the car my phone says connected successfully but immediately goes to FM radio instead of playing music from phone. I have to go to source>choose device>connect. Occasionally I'll hop in and it'll immediately play music from my phone but not often. Any suggestions?
Davidoo
I thought this was normal behavior. I've had the Sync 3 and 4 systems in my last 3 Fords, two Fusions and now the Edge (a 22 ST). When you connect your phone to Sync Bluetooth, all you are connecting is the phone call side, such as making calls and receiving texts. The sound input is an entirely different setting if you want to hear music from your phone. For all the vehicles I've ever owned to get music from my phone I've had to select the phone as the source. Otherwise the sound output stays on AM, FM, or SiriusXM.

My previous Kia I had was also did it. Sometimes this car does it as well. I'd just like it to be consistent. Seems weird I have to manually select my phone to have it show up on the source list behind FM-AM-Sirius.
TourGuide
My 19 remembers whatever the last audio source playing was and starts off with that. If I want something different - like andoid auto audio when FM radio begins playing - I have to select it manually to change.
edjunior
My '16 Titanium is a little wonky with the last music played. Same in my F-250.
enigma-2
Check to see if you have selected "make primary" to default to your phone.
