ciupa
Hi, I have a K2GH-19D629-AC compressor in my 2.0EB Titanium. There is some scraping sound and some looseness even with the clutch disengaged. I guess it's the bearing. What kind of bearing (manufacturer, type, model, size etc.) is in the pulley? I'm writing from EU (Poland) so it may not be so easy to get same spare so I would like to buy it in advance before service. enigma-2
Normally when an a/c compressor needs repair, its repaired by replacing with a new or rebuilt unit. I'd try asking Zabielski Dariusz Zabielski, Orzechowa 25, 02-244. Warszawa. (48) 22 868 38 42 They seem to have good reviews for selling rebuilt units. Perhaps they can secure you the correct bearing.
ciupa
There is no leakage, no reduced efficiency, etc. Just one bearing. What's the point of replacing the whole unit when a bearing, which is fairly easy to replace, will fix a problem? It's just a matter of knowing what kind of bearing to buy to not waste a few extra days for shipping.
enigma-2
Think we've all asked those questions. Try contacting the guys in Warsaw and see if they can supply. If you're not around the capitol, try Googling for your area. It's not listed in parts catalog, if anyone knows, it's them. Good luck
