Phil09MKX
I have a 2008 MKX, does anybody have a problem with the idle after warm up when sitting at a traffic light I feel vibrations in the steering wheel, very annoying. RPM checked by the dealer is 600, they ran all the checks & found nothing wrong. If I feather it up to 700-750 RPM it goes away. The dealer said they can not up the idle that is all set by the computer. I went to the dealer the other & test drove a 2009 model no problem & the idle was 750 on the tach. Please advise if any body has had a similar problem or any fix to my problem. Edited January 11, 2009 by Phil09MKX

It is slight but I find myself taking my hands off the steering wheel at lights, so maybe it isn't so slight. It seriously bugs me.
Black and White
Yep, I have an 08 Edge Ltd and I get the same annoying vibration at idle. If Ford ever wants to be considered as good as the Japanese then things like this need to be dealt with.

It's funny you said that you take your hands off the wheel at traffic lights cause that is exactly what I do. If you edge your RPM up a little does the vibration go away? Mine is FWD.
