AlliRI7
I have a 2013 Ford Edge, I live in MN where the temperature gets below 0 most winter months. Since the day I bought this car two years ago, whenever it gets below 30°F the defrost can’t seem to keep up. The heat blows hot and it comes out the defrost vents and the air blows cold and comes out the defrost vents as well. The only way to keep my windows somewhat defrosted is to have the windshield defrost on only- with that the windshield and both front driver windows defrost for the most part. If I put the defrost on floor and defrost the whole car frosts up. I have brought the vehicle into the dealership multiple times and they haven’t been able to help with anything. There are no problems with the heat and air in the car- JUST the defrost.
