mavdoeslife
Software Update Notes for my 2021 Ford Edge SE This is the most comprehensive update list I have seen for the 2021 model year Edge. I do not know if other years follow the same update patterns as the 2021 model year. I am missing the release notes for Power up 1.6.X or 1.7.X which ever my vehicle installed right after purchase from the dealership. My vehicle is also registered in the Early Access Program. Ford has a link to see what updates your vehicle has done (seems to only show updates since the start of 2025). https://www.ford.com/support/software-update-release-notes-history/ Ford Power-Up 2.3.1 Ford Assistant Ever wanted to talk to your vehicle? Your rear view camera system has an update to resolve any blank screens or distorted images. Completion of this update resolves the safety recall 22S14, and no further action is required. Ongoing updates like this help you enjoy the best possible version of your Edge ® SUV. Keep in mind that feature availability varies by model. enigma-2
Although the Edge is specifically not listed, a quick glance appears that what you show for the later power ups are the same for those used for the mustang. So I would assume the large power up for 1.7.1 is the same that was added for your Edge. Anyway, check this out. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ford_Power-Up_Version_History

enigma-2
Did you check to see if the 2.0.10 version was automatically installed on your car? Maybe your car no longer needs the update and the site recognized this.
Wubster100
I also have a 2021. I don't know what the red X means. It used to show a software version.
mavdoeslife
The last update I received on my 21MY Ford was Software Update 6.4.0 in February. I think the 21MY vehicles get updates last or whenever Ford feels like it. I don't know if you check other forums on vehicles with SYNC4 but it does seem like the 21s are last to be updated. Not much we can do stressing about updates, whenever we are blessed by Ford is when we will get updates Edited April 11 by mavdoeslife

From all that I've read ford has the most bizarre system for updating cars. I have seen that 24s have a new version of sync, I feel like it is coming to the other years just whenever Ford feels like it.
